Saracens Wheelchair Rugby Club has given me the ability to play a team sport which has helped me to build friendships with other people and improved social skills.
As well as this wheelchair rugby has provided me the opportunity to gain significant physical exercise every week which has helped me improve my fitness levels.
Saracens Wheelchair Rugby Club has also given me a space to be able to take frustrations out in a more controlled manner meaning that I get less frustrated at home and am more pleasurable to be around.
